Foff Fest encompasses FOFF’s annual membership meeting (12:30 – 2:30); free mini-fest (3:00 – 5:45); ticketed concert (7:30 ).
MEMBERSHIP MEETING (open to the public). DOORS: Noon.
The meeting consists of 3 parts. (1) 12:30-1:45: business session. (2) 1:45- 2:00: Elaine McGrath, 2012 Fla Folk FestivalCoordinator, reporting on Festival plans. (3) 2:00 - 2:30 Keynote Speakers THE BULLARD BROTHERS.
